How do I file a warranty claim for my heated product?Updated 3 days ago

Berkshire offers a 5-Year Limited Warranty for all of our heated products. If you believe you are experiencing a manufacturing defect, you can start a claim by following the steps below. Any physical damage, alterations to the item, consumer misuse, or improper care will void this warranty. 

1. Register your heated product here to be eligible. 

2.Email [email protected] with a description of your issue, images of the blanket laid out flat, cord in its entirety, and the sewn in label.

3. We will then review and advise on approval or denial. If approved, you will be emailed instructions on how to destroy your item to receive a one-time refund.
