When We Ship Orders
Orders placed by 1:00 pm Eastern time will almost always ship the same day with the exception of the holiday season (November through December). During times where there is a high volume of orders, such as the holiday season, we ship all orders within 2 business days.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are from date of shipment, not order date. This means if you select 2-day shipping, your package will arrive 2 business days after it ships (3-4 business days from when you place your order). Delivery times also vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

• Ground: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.

• Two-Day: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.

• Overnight: Typically arrives within 1-2 business days.
